I got this shot deep in the Atlantic, between South Florida and Bimini heading back to the states from the Bahamas, I spotted one bird and looked like he was some fish so we checked it out, that bird was on one of the largest Mahi schools I had ever seen, the fish were everywhere! It was a very calm and beautiful day and there were so many Mahi that it was actually difficult to shoot That’s what I love about this shot, the peaceful beauty and calmness of this Mahi when there was so much crazy action all around, so crazy that one Mahi even jumped out of the water and landed on me while I was trying to shoot, a true up close and personal pic of this beautiful fish, great day!
