Self-talk is an important part of our lives. It can help us achieve what we want, or it can hold us back from reaching our full potential. Whether you’re telling yourself that you’re not good enough or that you can do anything, your self-talk determines how successful you are. I wanted to explore self-talk and its power over us. How we talk to ourselves, negative or positive talk, determines what we manifest in our lives. And this artwork is my exploration of that concept.
